We endeavour to pack and ship all in-stock orders within 5 business days of receipt of your payment. Should we encounter any delays in the processing of your order we will contact you via email.

Your order is sent via a secure receipted delivery service and a signature is required for all deliveries. You may nominate a residential, business or PO Box address but please ensure you include the business or company name as part of the address.

All orders are automatically covered by insurance to a value of $100 AUD. We are happy to quote additional cover should you require. Please note that insurance is not valid if you provide an authority for your parcel to be left without it being signed for. .

Depending on where your package will be delivered, costs and delivery dates will vary.

Customers are required to pay a redelivery charge if parcels are returned due to insufficient delivery (address) details.

As a general rule all orders for delivery to Australian addresses will be sent via Australia Post Express delivery service. A flat rate shipping fee $15 (inc gst)  applies within Australia,.  In most cases your parcel will arrive within 1-3 business days from dispatch. For customers located in regional Australia, please allow an extra 2-3 days.

We currently offer Ground Shipping on all orders within North America. A flat rate shipping fee of $15 plus applicable taxes applies to all shipments within Canada and the US. In most cases your parcel will arrive within 5 days from dispatch. Shipments may be expedited if necessary. Please contact us for further details should you require your order urgently.

Orders outside of Australian and North America are sent via Registered Post International. In this instance a customer service officer will be in contact and freight adjusted accordingly.

In most instances your parcel should arrive within 7 -10 days from dispatch – depending upon your location.
